• We would love to have the time to spend emailing you back and forth, to talk about your car and your enquiry. But we simply do not have the time. If you want a part then please send fax order with a description of your car, any modifications it has, and what part you require and we will get it for you. Then we can quote on price.
• We receive many emails asking questions that are answered in our website. Please go through our website as you will most likely find all the information you need. We aim to keep navigation throughout the website as simply as possible to assist you in your enquiry.
• Orders must be faxed with signature or money order sent.
• No, we don't send cars to USA as taxes and conversion make it too expensive.
• Unlike some other companies, we do our very best to reply to all relevant customer emails that are not already answered on our site.
• Please do not send emails asking if a product is in stock. Most products we advertise are either in stock or are readily available with a few days turnaround, so please fax your order and let our sales team handle the rest. If your order is genuinly urgent please make note of this on your order form and request and estimated delivery time for your order. One of our staff will contact you.
• Yes, we update our website daily with the latest products and services we offer.
• Yes, we can send your order anywhere in the world by UPS or Skynet, which is airfreight and can take up to 2 weeks. Go to Freight section for approx quote.
• We only sell those bodykits and items listed and pictured on our website.
• We do NOT do custom body kits, nor do we sell import bodykits due to their price including air freight.
• If you have faxed through your order there is no need to call to check if we received it. If the fax sends successfully through to our fax number then we will get it.
• We do Not do engine conversions or custom turbocharging for N/A vehicles.
• All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change
